All orders are shipped within 2 business days with most orders shipping the same business day when placed before 2PM EST. Delivery time for Shipping is 2-5 business days nationwide. Gogaswimwear will not be shipping on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or on other national holidays. All orders will be processed the next business day.

Returns are only accepted for merchandise that is new, unused, unwashed and with tags on.
Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.

Do not ship any product/s back to hotboho.com before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorisation ( RMA ) from hotboho.com.
hotboho.com shall examine the product/s returned by the customer for cause of return as reported by the customer, and process your return accordingly.
