All orders are shipped within 2 business days with most orders shipping the same business day when placed before 2PM EST. Delivery time for Shipping is 2-5 business days nationwide. Expedited shipping is available for most products. Individual shipping restrictions if any are clearly displayed on the product page.
Gogaswimwear will not be shipping on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or on other national holidays. All orders will be processed the next business day.

Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return it within 7 days of receiving the item(s) in a new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price.

Returns are only accepted for merchandise that is new, unused, unwashed and with tags on.
Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
All returns must be initiated via our Returns Center or by calling our Customer Support department at +1-954-523-3920 between 9am – 5pm EST, M-F.
Do not ship any product/s back to hotboho.com before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorisation ( RMA ) from hotboho.com.
hotboho.com shall examine the product/s returned by the customer for cause of return as reported by the customer, and process your return accordingly.
