Gogaswimwear uses Fedex, UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order. All orders are shipped within 2 business days with most orders shipping the same business day when placed before 2PM EST. Delivery time for Shipping is 2-5 business days nationwide. Expedited shipping is available for most products. Individual shipping restrictions if any are clearly displayed on the product page.
Gogaswimwear will not be shipping on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or on other national holidays. All orders will be processed the next business day.

Returns are only accepted for merchandise that is new, unused, unwashed and with tags on.
Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.

Do not ship any product/s back to hotboho.com before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorisation ( RMA ) from hotboho.com.
hotboho.com shall examine the product/s returned by the customer for cause of return as reported by the customer, and process your return accordingly.
